Before using or wearing the item(s) you purchased, please ensure that the item is exactly what you want in terms of size, color, fit, feel,
appearance, technical features, etc. In the event that you would like to return the product(s) you purchased from our online store, please
be assured that we will do everything possible to accommodate your request for return (RfR) with the same pride we employed in processing
your order. Please keep in mind that in order to process your return expeditiously we recommend that you (1) submit a copy of your receipt
and (2) return your item in the original packaging (i.e., shoe boxes, poly bags) with appropriate tags.
In order to qualify for a full refund or even exchange, the item(s) being returned must be sent back in its unused,
“original condition”* within 1 month of your purchase date. All items that meet the aforementioned criteria will
be processed immediately (usually within 2 business days).
* Items that have been used (even minimally), dry cleaned, ironed, and/or washed will show signs of wear,
and will no longer be considered “original condition” items. Thus, it is imperative to try everything on with
the intent of returning the product in its original condition.
Unfortunately, an item returned that has not met the “original condition” criteria will not be considered for
even exchange or full refund unless we made an error or is deemed defective. Defective product returns will be
considered on all items regardless of purchase date; however, Soccer Connections, in conjunction with the appropriate
manufacturer, bears sole discretion for determining whether a product is defective. Please note that the further
removed the purchased date, the less likely we will process your RfR. Please ensure that “wear and tear”* is not
the cause for your RfR as product is not warranted against “wear and tear” and, hence, cannot be claimed as defective.
* “Wear and tear” is the natural progression of deterioration for materials given the amount of use and neglect
in properly caring for the product.
We ship all exchange orders back to you for free (USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground service) in appreciation of your
business with us. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will not only pay the shipping cost to send the correct
item to you, but also pay the return shipping cost.
RfR on all goals, heavy equipment, and special orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee as most times those
type of orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and hence, must be returned to the manufacturer. Once the
RfR is processed, then we will make a decision regarding all fees involved.

We cannot be responsible for packages lost en route to our company.
Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt
and/or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will
be for merchandise only as we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
Soccer Connections will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any damage or shortage
in carton count must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt and reported directly to the delivering carrier.
We will work with you to ensure that your order is processed to your satisfaction and will contact the carrier
if disputes occur because of shipper negligence.
